Terms of use
These terms govern your use of the Evenkeel website at useevenkeel.com (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About the Site
The Site describes Evenkeel’s products and services and lets you contact us. Evenkeel’s support agent is in development and offered only to a small number of merchants in early access. Descriptions on the Site, including screenshots and illustrations marked as such, show intended behaviour. They are not an offer, a promise of availability or a guarantee of results.
2. Products and custom work are governed by separate agreements
Using the Site does not create a contract for any product or service. If you use the Evenkeel support agent, or commission a custom app, the terms of that relationship will be set out in a separate written agreement, including price, scope, data protection terms and support. Where such an agreement exists, it takes priority over these terms for that relationship.
3. Using the Site
You agree not to:
- use the Site unlawfully, or to send us anything unlawful, abusive, misleading or harmful;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its hosting or its connected systems, or interfere with them;
- use bots, scrapers or other automated means to submit the contact form or overload the Site;
- pretend to be someone else when contacting us.
4. Intellectual property
The Site’s text, design, illustrations, code and name “Evenkeel” belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view the Site and share links to it. You may quote short extracts with a link back to the Site. Any other copying or use needs our written permission.
Shopify is a trademark of Shopify Inc. Claude is a product of Anthropic, PBC. Other names may be trademarks of their owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them, and mentions are only to describe what our products work with.
5. Research figures
Figures on the Site about the Shopify App Store come from our own review of public pages in August 2026. They are a qualitative sample, described on the home page, and are not statements about any individual app or company.
6. Links to other sites
The Site may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. No warranty
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We try to keep it accurate and working, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for any particular purpose, to the extent the law allows.
8. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Evenkeel is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights in the country where you live.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page, with its effective date, is the one that applies. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it.
