Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data Evenkeel collects through this website, why, who sees it and what rights you have. We have tried to keep it short and plain. The website is small: it has a contact form and nothing else that collects data.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Evenkeel (“Evenkeel”, “we”, “us”), which decides why and how the data described below is used (the “controller”). You can reach us at hadar@useevenkeel.com.
2. What we collect, why, and for how long

We do not use cookies, advertising, analytics, tracking pixels or fingerprinting on this website. We do not have user accounts and we do not take payments here. We do not knowingly collect special-category data. Please do not include sensitive information, such as health or financial details, in your message.
3. How we use your data
- To reply to you and to carry on the conversation you started.
- To keep the website secure, prevent abuse and fix faults. The contact form includes anti-spam measures that look at how a form was filled in.
- To meet legal obligations, and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising. We do not make decisions about you by automated means, and the contact form does not use artificial intelligence to evaluate you.
4. Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run the website and handle email, acting on our instructions:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting, content delivery, DNS, security, and the email service that carries messages from the contact form to us.
- Google LLC: the mailbox in which we receive and answer messages.
We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to professional advisers bound by confidentiality.
5. Transfers outside your country
These providers operate globally, so your data may be processed in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers rely on safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, where the provider is certified, or standard contractual clauses.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- ask what personal data we hold about you and get a copy, and have it corrected if it is wrong;
- ask us to delete it, or to restrict or stop using it;
- receive the data you gave us in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time, which does not affect what we did before you withdrew it;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
- complain to a data protection authority, for example the Privacy Protection Authority in Israel or the supervisory authority where you live.
To use any of these rights, write to hadar@useevenkeel.com. We will answer within 30 days. We may need to confirm that you are who you say you are before acting on a request.
California residents. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA/CPRA, and we do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics. You can ask what we collected about you, ask us to delete it or correct it, and you will not be treated differently for doing so.
Israel. You have the rights of inspection and correction under the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981. Providing data to us through the form is voluntary, but we cannot answer you without your name and email address.
7. Children
This website is for business owners and is not directed at anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, tell us and we will delete it.
8. Security
The website is served over HTTPS. Messages travel to us through our email provider’s infrastructure and are stored in a password-protected mailbox with limited access. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

See our cookie policy. In short, we set no cookies.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change what we do with your data, we will update this page and the effective date above. If a change is significant, we will say so on the home page.
